Public endpoints on shared receive IPs
Every Free and Pro workspace gets real public webhook endpoints on Zen Mesh's shared receive IP set. Use them with provider templates to receive and route webhooks without opening inbound firewall access.
Templates do the hard work
Templates include provider-specific parsing, validation, and signature/HMAC handling where supported, so teams can start from a working webhook path instead of building every provider integration from scratch.
Recovery and replay
Free includes basic retry/DLQ with a 3-day recovery window. Pro extends recovery to 7 days with advanced retry/DLQ workflows. Business is designed for bulk retry, replay, longer retention, and auditability.
Retry, DLQ visibility, and replay capabilities are planned for V1 recovery controls. Status: available after recovery controls are enabled.
Security policy controls
Pro includes IP allow/block management. Business adds advanced policy controls, including header allow/block policies and planned header transform/rewrite workflows.
Header transform/rewrite is destination-side and subject to safety restrictions. Planned for Business+.
Data and export
Pro adds delivery logs to customer-owned S3/object storage. Business is planned for payload export and Object Lock workflows.
Payload export and Object Lock are not yet available. Plan status: planned for Business+.

How webhooks are counted
- A webhook is counted when Zen Mesh receives an inbound webhook request at an endpoint.
- Provider retries count as additional inbound webhooks.
- Zen Mesh internal delivery retries do not count as additional webhooks.
- Filtered or dropped requests may count against abuse and rate limits even if they are not delivered downstream.
S3 log export
- Free: S3 log export is not included.
- Pro: Delivery logs to customer-owned S3/object store. Export delivery log records to your customer-owned S3 bucket.
- Business: Business waitlist open.
- Enterprise: Enterprise pilot for custom S3 export and compliance workflows.
Pro S3 log export writes delivery log records to a customer-owned S3 bucket. It does not export raw webhook payloads. Customers manage bucket lifecycle rules, retention, replication, access policies, and deletion.
