V1 Evaluation Terms

Published by Zen Mesh Inc. · Last updated 2026-06-19

Target: V1 Free / Pro trial / evaluation access · Jurisdiction: Ontario, Canada

1. Service Description

Zen Mesh provides webhook delivery and event routing as a service. These Evaluation Terms govern your access to and use of the V1 Free and Pro trial services.

2. Account and Access

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. AS-IS Service; No SLA

The V1 Free and Pro trial services are provided "AS IS" without any SLA. We are actively developing the platform and may experience interruptions, changes, or downtime.

4. Use Restrictions

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to transmit malware, to abuse rate limits, or to interfere with the integrity of the platform.

5. Retry Storm and Target Abuse

Repeated failed deliveries may be throttled or suspended to protect upstream targets. We reserve the right to rate-limit or block sources that generate excessive retry volume.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for configuring your webhooks correctly, maintaining your own infrastructure for receiving deliveries, and reviewing delivery logs for anomalies.

7. Data and Privacy

Webhook payloads are processed as described in our Privacy & Data Handling Notice. We do not sell your data.

7a. Security Incident Notification

We will notify affected users of confirmed security incidents affecting customer data within 72 hours of confirmation. This is a target, not an unconditional guarantee.

8. Billing

The Free tier is provided at no cost. Pro tier billing is processed through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

9. Telemetry and Monitoring

We collect operational telemetry to improve the service. You may opt out of non-essential telemetry via your account settings.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your webhook payloads and configuration. Zen Mesh owns the platform, infrastructure, and service intellectual property.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zen Mesh and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Zen Mesh's total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Business and Enterprise plans will have different support tiers with SLA, on-call, and stronger/different liability terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease. We may retain data as required by law or our retention policy.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notification with 30 days' notice.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
